That McLaren live timing/telemetary thing is epic. Been watching the data and its instant. As soon as Hamilton lifted and hit the brakes it was displayed straight away.

Problem for Button is that if the tyres start to go off, they seem to be falling off the pace rapidly, over 1-2 laps if that, could lose significant time over 1 lap

And according to their updates, Webber took Hamilton when he ran wide, but Hamilton got it back, I'm sure they didn't pick up on that on TV!

He came in and changed his tyres early, it looked like a silly mistake when the track was still wet, and he did lose it a bit on his openiing lap, but it paid off because then others got held up/lost time either due to their tyres being wrong, or because everyone came in em masse to the pits and it delayed quite a few.

Hamilton about to get some rage in that helmet. Might just as well told him.

"Yeah, we might have pitted you for no reason. Got a reputation to keep mate, got to make atleast one stupid strategy decision a race."
