Is there any way to make a forum thread in ocuk I have open auto-refresh (bit like a RSS feed webpage)

If you are running firefox there is an extension called ReloadEvery and you can set this to refresh however often you want the page you are on. I find it very useful

opera has a built in auto-refresh thingy that allows you to select time and everything.

I want it, for checking out the forums, whilst playing wow in windowed mode....

Vista allows me to hover mouse over the bottom bar for FF showing a mini box of the browser page....this allows me to check for thread posts without having to min wow window.

Can you not just subscribe to the thread for replies?

But yeah, Opera has that feature. And is better than Firefox. No, really.

In that respect reloadevery has gone downhill. When I first used it ages ago it would only refresh the page you selected ie the main page of whatever forum you wish to refresh, yet when you clicked a link and entered a thread it would cease working automatically so never interfered whilst you posted etc.

Now though it simply keeps refreshing the page regardless and can be very annoying.
