automatically disabling a user in 2003 server

Is there a script i can run (preferably within scheduled tasks) to disable a certain local user?

I want to disable a couple of users at the end of the working day and only allow them on when it's enabled again.

any ideas?

Not sure for scripts, but you can limit logon hours for accounts. i have this setup for after school lan club. they can access the account a lunch time, and after school on certain days.
