Anyway, ontopic - Man these budgets are the most pathetic things to be **** out by Government, honestly they take with one hand and then cut off the other hand because "derp derp Pensioners are more important than literally everything ever".

The removal of up front letting fees is excellent. In the SE they have been inflated to ridiculous levels ’because they could be’ - my last place was over £600, before that & up north it was £120. Fundamental costs to the agent pretty much identical.

Tax on insurance goes up to 12%.
Nation living wage up by 30p next April.
