Auxillis experience?

When my car was written off a little over a year ago (it was empty, parked outside my house, campervan crashed into it) my insurance company offered me a hire car through Auxillis, I took it unknowingly..
Auxillis called me and said they couldn't give a like-for-like car (F82 M4 written off) but offered a Merc e300 or something similar.. I had it for nearly 7 weeks, total cost £19,200!!!

Obviously 3rd party insurer has said they're not paying it, Auxillis have made me fill out all kinds of forms, I suspect I'll be in court soon with the solicitors they appointed me..

What a crock of ****

The solicitors they provide are also part of the same group of companies as Auxillis too, the whole thing's dodgy!

Used them towards the end of last year. An idiot reversed into me whilst I was parking in a car park.

I found them perfectly fine reported the details to Admiral, they said because there was little doubt who was at fault I could go through Auxillus and I would not pay a penny. I then had to repeat what happened with Auxillus and send them photos of the damage they gave me a choice of garages, I went with an approved VAG garage, seemed to make sense to me. I then had to repeat this all again with the garage, only frustrating bit frankly. Garage collected the car, Auxillus provided me with a courtesy car. Three weeks later got my car back and returned the courtesy car.
