AV input peripheral

Can someone point me to an AV input peripheral. I prefer something external (connecting to comp via usb). I want to record on to computer from AV input.

They seem to be a specialty sort of thing and hard to search. I tried searching some time ago. After much effort found only one overly fancy/expensive one.

I bet somebody here knows these quite well.

edit... Never mind I guess. I had better luck searching this time. OCUK seems to have a PCI one. I found an external one made by TerraTec else where that seems about right.

I was editing my post just as you were replying. Yeah something in that neighborhood except that that one is probably more expensive because of the remote and all. The one that I mentioned in my edit is this: http://www.terratec.net/en/products/Grabby_82248.html Less fancy, simpler.

No worries mate, I just knew Hauppage did one that's all....might be best trying on fleabay as there are quite a few usually knocking about....
