The Nucky one just doesn't fit the theme at all. The most striking difference is that he's looking at the camera for a posed portrait, the rest are all looking beyond or away from camera as they're taken from movie stills by and large. Add to that the massively processed nature compared to the rest and it looks completely out of place.
