Reading the FAQs this afternoon, I saw that you only needed over 150 posts to get a nice pretty avatar, and a rank of "Gangster." Take a gander at my stuff - 200 posts to my name, so I should technically have a nice pretty avatar by each post. Looking around the forums, there are people with around 160 posts (ie less than me), and joined later than I did, but they have Avatars! I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to put this question, so feel free to move it Admins. If anyone could tell me what's going on that would be great. Ta!

Click on user cp(top right) then on edit avatar.

If you actually read the FAQ, you'd know that you have to choose it yourself.

I don't like the avatars much and I think I have mine disabled, confirm/deny?

edit: looks like I have the Gangster one

Yeah but I'm pretty sure I'm using the Gangster avatar, I have all unnecessary images switched off so I cant tell.

I'd kill for a way to switch the avatars off without losing all of the other images too. We can already disable signatures, surely it can't be that hard.
