How about a ban instead?
 
There should be some kind of adjustment put in to take into account that if you slept with a 16 year old when you were 16, but are now 30, that's going to distort the impression we get pretty badly.

How about the (sum of differences in ages at time of relationship) / number of relationships.

So, when you were 18 you slept with a 16 yo.... = -2
When you were 20 you slept with a 20 yo .... = 0

-2 + 0 = -2.

-2/2 = -1.

You can then subtract/add this figure from your current age
 
-1, 0, 0, 2, -1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 3, 4, 2, 9, 0, 3, -3, -1, 0, 1, 3

In terms of what age at the time, average is 24.05 :)
