Average lung capacity

What is the average lung capacity?

Had health check today at work and mine was 7.25l. Im 6'2" and about 90kg.

How do you measure it anyway?

Force vital capacity is measured using normal spirometry.

Total lung capacity is measured using gas dilution IIRC.
