And to download 3TB in a month you would have to be downloading at over 9Mbps 24/7.

Just curious, what's yours? Oh forgot mine is about 30---40GB :)

Meh, BT never tell us, even though I'd like to know.

We once went over our 40gb limit by 26GB :p - all we got was a warning ;)

It really depends what game demos and stuff we want to download in the month, some months we only browse and some months we download quite a bit. We've only ever gone over once though :)

Doh I would have liked to known which isp people are with.

Our isp, tiscali generally get upset after 4gb so thats currently our target usage

It's different every month. One mont hI might not download anything except web pages, then the next I might go crazy and download 50GB's of movies. I'm not sure about the average.

My guess is bull.
As even if you go off his reply in another thread.
Which he said he downloads 50 gig a day thats still only 1.5 tb if my maths is correct.

Well I said 50Gb+ ;) I run a crawler at 5-10mbps and the rest is made mostly of usenet downloads. Since its spread over different machines its hard to put an exact figure on it and its not something I am all that interested in knowing anyway. I am on 22mbps UK Online and they haven't complained yet. I expect they may do soon in which case I will stop the crawler or move it to my co-lo.
