OK so quite a bit of demand for G1 Sniper with green LED.
I shall get 2133 C9 in 8GB and 16GB kits.

Not sure about worth but £10 isn't hugely different given the prices, you won't suffer performance wise not going for the 2400 but it does give you a bit more headroom to play with.

I would love to see how many of the £680 ram yo actually sell.. I thought it was a typo but then I read the posts... lol

The Avexir 2933mhz was the same few months ago.
Wait few months until someone breaks another record, some manufacturer will make the faster ram again and this one will be cheaper.
I wouldn't even dream before of buying the 2933mhz ram before, now the price is quite reasonable.
Besides, notice it sais pre-order.
So it's not like OCuk will stock hundreds of those. Think of those like Kingpin classifieds.
The ones that needs them, will pay that much
