I've tried to tax my car (IT LIVES!!!1 ) but my tax ran out at the end of July but I was extremely ill and then admitted to Hospital for another 4 weeks. So now I've tried to tax it after getting it MOT'd and Insured but I have to write to the DVLA to explain why it wasnt taxed for the month of August. I live alone and was physically unable to declare it SORN/re-tax. What are the chances of my success of avoiding the fine? Am I gonna have to bend over for this one?
