Avro Energy, Anyone Using Them?

Hi All,

Just looking online for new Energy tariff looking around Avro seem to be the cheapest. They've got a good Trust Pilot just wondering if anyone one is using them currently?

I'm not with them, but I have used their site before. It is basic but functional and I've never had any problem when phoning them up.

Just started the switching process today, they get a good review on Which and Trust Pilot, but only time will tell........

Been with them a while, 18 months I think. No need to interact with them during that time. The online account stuff is very basic and nothing fancy. Receive an email to remind you to send your readings.

Am moving imminently so if they don't screw up the final bill then I guess I'd recommend them assuming your joining for a market leading tariff.

A simple and working interface without all the BS is for the best, the low price per kw/H is the prime attraction since i'm mining.

The switch seems to be going smooth with the emails and welcome packs sent as promised and been given a switch date already.

To be honest the only thing I ever look at is price all suppliers seem to be much of a muchness ie pretty rubbish if something goes wrong I've just taken a second year with iresa as despite all the reported issues I can't really fault them as the gas and electricity flows happily into my house!

I was with them for 12 or so months before I moved house 3 months ago - during that time was ok but they messed up my final bill and took ages to respond to emails and provide me the refund - otherwise they were ok and had the best rates at the time.
