Award Bios Guides?

wondeirng if anyone has found a good phenix awardbios guide? im just playing around with my settings and half of them seem to mean little to me, i am sure most are not vital but i would love to know what each of them do. found a few on the web, but most glossey or outdated,

Motherboard manuals generally have quite a detailed guide. And terms you're unsure of you can just Google as they're likely to be similar to other BIOS.

Check the Mobo's manufacturer's website first!
