AWD MTB?

It looks like there is something (belt/chain) that goes inside the bottom tube to the front and then some gears to re-direct it down. More thing to go wrong if you ask me, I mean how on earth can you fix something like that if it comes loose on the inside?

I cant work out how that works....would be **** i imagine. Would help me with manuals and wheelies though if it keeps the wheel spinning.

Does seem pointless, front wheel traction? climbing traction? Just learn how to ride

The only time I guess it could help would be going up a hill thru wet mud.... Seems pretty pointless to me... Rear wheel drive is fine, and would be more efficient than AWD.

The rear wheel is for drive, the front for steering. Don't try to "fix" what isn't broken.

Weight weenies would die having a fit if they saw that! ;)
