B Grade cases

Well case has turned up and mixed feelings at the moment. Case is in very good condition, 2 or 3 very light marks on the front facia but can live with that.

Biggest issues are no pump or reservoir bracket, no screw box or manual, not that bothered about the last 2 but first 2 are in my opinion a necessary part of the case, not sure whether to keep it or not yet.

Edit : Also no screws to hold the tempered glass panel shut either, how that survived delivery I will never know :)

Thats shocking, i feel guilty now for saying B grade is usually ok. What did the previous person do, order the case then keep a bunch of stuff? If i did that OCUK wouldnt have accepted it back!

As I say I can accept a few marks as it warns you they may be scuffed or slight scratches and the screws I would class as missing accessories but its the brackets as to me they are an essential part of the case.

Only went this route as trying to save my nephew a few quid after his rig was stolen, feel a bit gutted now.

Id be on to OC support or sending it back, although they say things can be missing thats taking the ****. If i dont want something i ordered i send it all back, i dont keep a bunch of stuff!

Well just as an update after customer support were no help I would like to say a big thank you to Bickaxe on here who sent me his pump and reservoir bracket and Phanteks who sent me some thumbscrews for the tempered glass panel. I have ordered a bottom dust filter from Phanteks for a pretty reasonable £10 as I also found that was missing when I started to do the build.

After this experience I don't think I will be buying another b grade case.

I would have sent it back.

Based on stories here it seems that B grade is very hit and miss. I've bought B grade myself (not a case) and I've been very happy with it, but I've heard enough stories about it to make me question whether I would buy B grade again. Then again, people who have problems are often the loudest voices while those who are happy say nothing, so there is no telling how the ratio of satisfied B grade customers to unsatisfied B grade customers looks.

It seems really common with Bgrade actually. I have bought a couple of Rain forest warehouse deals from the highest quality category and for example a 2700x turned up with the cables missing. ( and a dent in the ihs )

I can't say i have used ocuks bgrade but i can say i've seen a lot of dissatisfied people. I believe ocuk could do more to log bgrade and give potential buyers a more accurate description and fairer price when such a large quantity of items are missing. Or they simply shouldn't accept a return after X amount of days unless the item still has 100% of the items it arrived with.
