**B-GRADE CLEARANCE AND FORUM DEALS**

When you guys make an offer, do you base your offer price on the item's new price (if available) or on the price of the listed B-Grade item?

I never know what to offer, I hope they'll get around to doing to more items what they did to the CPUs, GPUs and RAM and revising the prices so we don't have to make offers.

On the retail value if it’s still been sold

Ordered a 64gb gskill set for click and collect. Must admit was a great experience for a change. Been going OcUK since Fenton days but recently not used much. Did a click and collect was in and out in 5mins (compared to milehouse where was regularly 30mins). The customer experience has really improved just a shame no sign of the ginger guy who was mega helpful in the shop.

Item was opened but everything there and pretty much half price :)

We have just gone through B-grade to adjust pricing on the below:

All Cooling Products
All Storage Products
All Laptops Open Box and BGrade
All GPU Should be sorted
All CPU Should be sorted
All Monitor Products
A lot of motherboardws have been adjusted but still working through
Cases are currently been done.

If you notice some pricing still looks a little out you can make an offer. It takes us a lot of time to go through but hopefully we will keep on top of it.

The Freezer III and fans I'd made an offer on seem to now be out of stock, was hoping to play around with an AiO and my son could do with some new case fans, oh well guess I'll get back to looking :(

Ah apologies not sure why I didn't reply. I was in the process of sorting all B Grade pricing so may have delayed it.

I'm mixed about the price adjustments. The downside is that people that might not have made an offer may buy at the adjusted price, so might be harder to grab a bargain.
The plus side is that I don't have to feel like I'm bothering Rob every time I make an offer (and worry if I went too low) and it's much more convenient not having to phone up and worry about opening times.
