B-grade components

When you guys say the motherboard may come without accessories, what do you mean? Someone mentioned screws, but is there something else that could be missing?
 
Had a b grade motherboard before and it had no backplate, no cables, no manuals and came in just a random box with a board in a anti static bag.

Not too fussed about the cables as I had plenty of spare cables but the backplate was annoying.

Everything. Like I said earlier, just bank on getting the bare motherboard with nothing else. If you are lucky you may get a I/O shield but that's not always the case.
 
I think B grade items would be good if you need to save that little bit, plus if your not happy just send it back
 
I have a B-Grade Corsair AIO that i've had running for at least 2 years now and it hasn't skipped a beat. I think for the most part you will be fine so long as the item isn't damaged, any issues pertaining to its grade should present within the 90 day warranty period anyway!
 
Bought a few X99 motherboards recently as they were a good price.

1 looked like a return in genuine box, no accessories but board was absolutely fine.

2 x MSI OEM boxed jobs, possibly manufacturer refurbs. One was fine one had a couple of repaired pins. Again nothing else bare board.

Sent the one with repaired pins back.

Biggest issue is no O/I shield. Some manufacturers are good at sending them out (gigabyte are great at this) where as Asus will tell you to go to try eBay!
 
I bought a P400 for £40 that was B Grade. Not really sure what was wrong with it as the box hadn't been opened. Only thing I noticed was a rip to the cardboard box...

I was going to buy an Asus VIII Ranger B Grade, but someone beat me to it!
 
I bought a case which had broken clips so the top section was loose, but it was about £20 for a £60 case so I accepted it anyway. Anything else I've had from B Grade has been fine.
 
I had plans to order the Gigabyte Gaming 7 Socket 1151 motherboard as at that time the savings was about £60 compared to normal price. And a I7 6700K was available for about £280-290 if I remember correct.
