yes they do , i changed from the gts 320 and even crysis runs better

what fps do you get in crysis with it? i just got a triplex 3870 and am quite dissapointed with it tbh, heres some runs from crysis using dx9-10 and 32-64 bit.

I would say thats prolly about right spookywillow if you are using the system in your sig. My guess is that CPU is holding back graphics maybe.

thats what i thought but my bro has a am2 5600 @ 2.8 which is only 100mhz faster than mine and cod4 runs smooth as anything on his with my card in without any driver errors, gonna go up again today with it now he's got more games to test it on.

Above is with the Triplex 3870, when I asked OcUK I was told they had the dual slot cooler in stock, but when it came in the post was the Triplex. Yes I ordered it the same day

just tried it at those settings grumpy and with DX10 to compare and they are pretty awful, whats your cpu at? 3.4 ish?

I'd say something is either wrong, or your CPU is holding you back, or both.

yeah im sure somethings wrong too, i'm taking it up my brothers house to see what it runs like in his pc in a bit so i should have some more scores to compare.
