Hi

Ive just ordered 2 x 250gb WD SataII drives from the B-Grade sections, and ive got a little question if anyone cares to help.

I know there is a 14 Day Warranty with them from OcUK, but will they still have the 3/5 year Warranty that you get with new drives from Western Digital?

It's based on the serial number of the drive so it would depend on how old they are but you will have a warranty with WD as long as they are not older than the 3-5 years.

They are Sata II drives and they aint been around that long, so they should still have a decent warranty left.

Flipping bargain i tell ya, 2 x 250GB SataII for £70 delivered!

When you get them find the serial number on the label on the drive and enter it here . You will then be able to find out exactly when the warranty expires.
