This is the only problem I have with OCUK.

Because they are generally customer returns - may be nothing wrong (e.g. customer changed their mind under Customer Contracts Regulation - previously Distance Selling Regulations, or simply incompatible with the customers other hardware), or may be some minor issue (e.g. coil whine on GPUs).
Depending on the item it may have longer than 90 days remaining direct with the manufacturer, 90 days is a minimum that OcUK guarantee with themselves (although you should be covered under the consumer rights act for 6 months)
Personally for the £20 saving on that particular B grade card (vs the cost of a "new" one) I wouldn't bother, but it may be worth giving OcUK a ring and see if they are able to discount the B-Grade one any further (as I don't believe they update the B-Grade page that often).
