They will work but may have parts (cables, manual etc) missing.

Should be fully working but only 14 day ocuk warranty but should have any remaining manufacturer warranty they came with

I had a couple of WD 320Gb SE16 hard drives the other month and on WD site they in warranty until 2009 so depening on the prioce of the stuff you want there can be some good buys in B grade
