Doubt that somehow (may possibly vary from manager to manager) but policy is it's usually 10% off for any consmetic marks and anything 'worse' its worth taking up with a manager. Their profit margin on some products is out of this world though!

I always wonder who goes out and buys these horrible paint colours? "I'm going to paint my room bright pink or lime green or dentist waiting room green"
The salesman just see's the person with dark glasses and a cane coming and thinks, dude, I can do what I want, they don't know I work here. :D
