What it is I have a MSI board and 2 lights are come up, a solid Red and a solid Amber light. Dont know what they mean. Had my CPU fan off to clean it early on.

check if you've sat your ram properly and that they're in the correct slots (assuming that you did remove the ram)
then reset your bios and see if it goes off. hopefully it's something simple like a ram training issue

the alternatives could be expensive:
bent pins on the board
dead memory channel on the board
shorted CPU - dead memory controller
borked ram

Checked the ram its ok. What I can do tomorrow, remove the cpu fan and clean it then remove the cpu and clean it by putting new paste on the cpu. What do you think

have you mounted the cpu cooler too tightly (and thereby warping the socket/mobo)?
try remounting the cooler and see what happens

i know you removed the cooler, i'm saying to remove it again and remount it again just to make sure you've mounted it correctly and at the right pressure

Yes I removed it. Cleaned it, checked the psu and cleaned that. Then I noticed that my psu slot on my mobo has damaged pins. This must had happened when the cooler was to tight.
