Babies...

Quite easily if the estate is private, which the existance of a management committee would suggest.

Really? Surely if it's SORN, it has to be off the road and on his property though?

Or am I missing a large chunk of information here? :)

If it's a managed estate, he doesn't own the land (he either rents or owns on a leasehold basis), as such he can only do what the management committee says he can with the land.

My Mrs thought she would never want kids... lasted until she was 29... Expecting the first... well, today! But it's got me as a dad, gonna be late!

The solution is to go for a girl that already has a couple of kids ,there are a few out there that don't won't them but rare indeed but watch out for the ones that pretend they don't won't them ;)

Hum I don't see what that achieves... if they are still young then it's going to be quite disruptive to a relationship - and there are potential issues with jealous exes thinking you're trying to fill their shoes etc. If the father is an a**e and doesn't want to support/look after his kids then that opens up another can of worms.

Ah well, until I find someone that isn't interested in them, I'll continue the relationship/children discussion/differences/split cycle :p

Well it has some advantages ,your not responsible for the cost of their upbringing, you can walk away when you want ,come and go as you please and in many cases the father wants nothing to do with the kids !
It can work well if you don't want the responsibility/hassle and cost of your own kids.
Yes it would be better to find one that does not want kids but can you find one if not then maybe the single life is the only other option .
