Back light bleed. Now with photo.

I've just got a Hazro HZ27WD and it's got some light bleed from the bottom left which takes up 1/4 of the screen and the right middle edge.
It is a pain in the butt when trying to play a game which is dark or a dark scene in a movie.
I'm not sure what to do really, is it something to return over and try another one or will they all be the same or maybe try another make or model?

Thanks Mark.

Definitely send it back.
It's not unusual to get a small amount of backlight bleed but that sounds quite bad. Also, there shouldn't be anything rattling around in the case.

Personally I would never touch Hazro again. Mine only lasted 3 weeks but having said that, I know that there are a lot of happy Hazro owners out there. If you get a good one then it could last you for years.
The one you have at the moment is obviously not a "good one" so you should send it back.

If you don't want to risk another one then go for the AOC Q2770PQU. It's getting very good reviews.

That would do my head in!
Send it back.

Though it's not quite as bad as the 2 Iiyama XB2779QS monitors I bought and returned at Christmas...

I have previously owned a Hazro, which I was quite happy with considering the price. However that back light bleed is unbelievable, I would send that back in a heart beat.

Wow. Just got home today and the screen has dropped by about cm. Never will I be buying anything Hazro again.
It looks as if they had run out of blu-tack when they were securing the panel to the bezel.
On a positive note, some of that backlight bleed has now disappeared behind the lower bezel so it's not all bad

Seriously though, like I said in my first post. Send it back!!
