Well its been 4-5 years since ive been at college but i will hopefully be going back september. I mean hopefully as ive just applied and got to play the waiting game now for an interview etc.
Im looking forward to learning something im interested in and be qualified in the trade in 2-3 years.
Im 24 and i dont think im too old but by the time ive finished ill be nearly 28 now thats scary:p

I know plenty of people who have gone back to university as a mature student and to all of their advantage. The time to think and make an informed decision on what course to take has benefited them. Take the time to note examples of experience and the like for interviews and practice with a friend etc. Good luck with it all.

Are you paying for the course? That usually has a bearing on whether they take you or not. Not really fair on younguns', but you know.

I'm going back in September. Only gonna be 2-3 years older than everyone else though.

Yeah im paying for the course, so whatever helps:)
Its a shame really that its took this long to decide what i wanted to do with my life, but atleast i finally know.

Edit: Plumbing Level 1

This Friday is my last day at college. I was a residential student and hopefully I'll be going on to Edinburgh Uni if I get my diploma from here. Ohhh, I'll be 47 when I finish at Uni ... now that's scary :D
