I am aware that the car got destroyed at the end of part three. The game is set six months after the end of part three.

We're dealing with time travel here, there must be an infinite amount of ways that the story could be continued.

Your forgetting Doc Browns time travelling, flying train. there's nothing to stop the Doc from taking marty back to the past to borrow the DL, they then jump forward, have there adventure before returning the DL back to past so it can then be destroyed.

It's science fiction, anything is possible in this genre, especially with time travel .

First impressions, the trailer was pretty unimpressive. It's nothing special to look at, and the characters looked very wooden, which is a shame as they're a major part of the story. What made the films great for me was the energy that Christopher Lloyd and Michael J Fox put into their characters.

However that being said, it is what it is, and if it's an adventure game, graphics aren't the selling point. Sam and Max looked pretty decent, so this has potential.

Derp. So Doc couldn't have used his Time Train to go back and stop the Delorean being destroyed then?

he doesn't have to stop it being destroyed tho, thanks to his time travelling train he can borrow the DL for as long as he wants/needs, then return it to mere seconds after he borrowed it, allowing it to be destroyed & preserving the timeline of the original story.

Just watched some of the behind the scenes clips and the characters look a fair bit more animated, it might just be a pretty shoddy trailer tbh, although it is only a teaser.

Geek moment - with everyone going on about the story, i'm assuming the plot got this game/episodes is 'canon' as they've got the rights from Universal?

I want that train... (Just finished watching Part 3).
