Very nice that you're down to 178lbs. You're 1lb behind me, though I find it very interesting how you don't seem to plateau throughout your log. Unlike mine. Is this due to the fact it is weight training?
I've plateaued at least 4 weeks throughout my log, more so the last 3 weeks.
