Is it possible to make a backup of the OS for 2 or 3 PCs using one SSD or HDD.
If I set up say 3 partitions on a 120GB SSD - volumes X,Y & Z, Do I get the option of which Partition to boot from if needed.
I plan to keep this for just in case.
Doesn't have to be an SSD, a portable HDD will do.
Don't know if it makes a difference but 2 systems are win 7 and 1 is win 8.
Was going to back up the 3 PCs using 32GB USB flash drives (one each).
All advice welcome.
The purple shirt guys tried to convince me that you only get one go at backing up windows 8 and that if you screw up you will have to purchase again.
