Back up software

Hi I jsut bought a couple of external HD's to back up my software.

They came with 'bounceback' software which seems to lose the settings every time I use it - can anyone recommend some good reliable back up software please?

i use the built in windows xp one which is actually pretty good. Doesn't come as part of xp home though.

The windows one can be scheduled and is free.

We use it on one of our SQL servers in work.

Does the job - Free - Can't beat it.
