Backing up over network.

Hi.
Is there a program i can use on my laptop that'll backup the HDD across my network to my other PC?
Preferably one that would have the restore program running off a CD.

Does the XP powertoy restore everything though?
IE, will it image the HDD to a network drive, and allow me to restore that image without having to first install a normal version of windows, then installing the powertoy again?
