So, a few years ago I bought Acronis True Image as it seemed like a good option at the time, had it run backups every week for past few years and all was well.

Recently my 3TB drives were full so I made some space and revisited the way in which it backs up.

I've currently set it to incremental with a full version every 6 incrementals and set to delete any versions over 8 days old.

Currently my backup drive has the following for my SSD (one of the jobs)

B1 S1 V1 - 07/06
B3 S1 V1 - 08/06
B3 S2 V1 -> B3 S7 V1 - 09/06 -> 14/06
B4 S1 V1 -> B4 S6 V1 - 15/06 -> 20/06

The other drive backup (storage hdd) has:

B1 S1 V1 - 07/06
B2 S1 V1 - 14/06
B1 S2 V1 -> B1 S8 V1 - 07/06 -> 13/06
B2 S2 V1 -> B2 S7 V1 - 15/06 -> 20/06

So clearly somethings screwed up, they both have the same settings (it's saved to a scheme) but seem to do it differently..

Added to that the fact that True Image is slow as hell (as in the UI)
