Hi,

I am not able to understand how it is supposed to work with online orders.

What is the maximum waiting time for an order where all items were in stock ?

How do I get an update of the order ? No one is responding the calls, they are just force you to listen to commercials, spend many times on hold for more than 20 minutes and only commercials.

Currently my order ( with all items in stock ) has no update for a week+. Is there a way to actually do something, or just cancel the order ?

They already credit my account, although they did not dispatched anything. This is really bad practice as I am blocked on searching from a different provider.

Also, how much time does it take to return the amount after cancelation ?
