Bad language at work

sadly i've seen the invoice... £750 per day, did 19 days last month so £14,250 +VAT.

Telescopi - i'm talking her fee, being £17k per month. Not sure if you meant p/a above?

You need to stop noseing around invoices and do your job by the sounds of it :p

I personally would not, and do not swear in a more 'formal' meeting with one of my staff, it's unprofessional.

Your firm is being fleeced. The average for SME is around £250 to £555 a day depending on the size and needs of the company.

If his performance was really that bad, all it shows is the inadequecy of his managers in not managing him properly to begin with, to let it get that far that he lost control and had to start verbally abusing him just shows how poor the management is.

hasn't castiel been in the forces? Swearing tends to be commonplace particulary from NCO's. In that context I don't find it offensive, in an office in a meeting then it is more rude.
