Bad News

Best wishes to your mum, mate.

Hospital really is hateful, as malc said. I remember a few years ago when I was an inpatient for a while...a lady in the bed opposite me did nothing but wail in pain all night. I couldn't imagine having to work with things like that all round you.
 
Oh man thats **** to hear, i hope all works out fine dude!

I know what its like seeing a parent all hucked up struggling, not the best of sites, especially when leaving.

Hope she gets well soon dude!!

Chin up mate. I'm sure she'll be OK. Got to stay positive - it's what makes people beat things like this.
 
As daunting as hospitals seem, you must remember that your mum is in the best place for the help she needs to recover,
Hope your mum makes a swift full recovery.

Hospital reckons there is no change this morning & they are keeping her in the same place so i cannot visit till 7pm.

Make today Hug/phone your Mum day ;)
 
Hope she gets better soon malc she live local? I've always found the staff locally to be very friendly and understanding.

I've had that kind of phonecall too, in the past, and its not nice.

Be strong for her, she'll still want to know that you're ok, considering the situation. Hope she gets better soon.
 
Be strong & make sure you're there for her. Keep her as calm as you can cause greif can make things worse sometimes! I hope she's alright, and I'm sure she will be :) I've gotten so used to my mum being in hospital that I can't even worry anymore - is that bad? :(
 
Just got back from Hospital & i am pleased to say my Mum seems much better, She talked to us a little bit & just seems exhausted. A few days in there & she should start to recover & get back to her self again :)
