Bad PC Mark score?

I just ran pc mark 2005 and got 3557. Where it said "Your system compared to 48 similar system configurations." I was almost at the bottom with the lowest being 3510!

Any ideas what the problem might be?

And the 3d mark score is 3724, near the bottom again.

Drivers, mem speed and timings etc could be a factor.

I guess my crappy olde ram arrangement could come into it them.

2x 256mb geil ddr400 and 1x 512mb crucial ddr333. Plus my cpus ht speed is 800mhz when it should be 1000mhz I'm told. How can I overclock to fix this?
