I am running an i5 2500k @ stock under water and after an hour or so of prime its hitting 65 - 70c I applied new thermal paste when I installed and have double checked the cpu block is solid against the chip. It is just a 120 rad with 1 fan on (sickleflow) but the fan does appear to be pushing a lot of air when the fan controller is up full, does anyone else think I should get a new rad or any other ideas ?

Is everything definitely @ stock? Did you reset your Bios? Seems very warm for stock voltage. Could be something to do with the CPU block. What are you using?

What he said!! I has getting very high temps on my watercooling loop. Last night threw my case left and right looking for air traped in my rads. Dont know if i got any but my temps improved by around 7 degrees. Worth a check....
