Bad_pool_call?

I went to shut down the computer and it looked fine...said windows was shuting down and all but then all of a suden i got a Blue screen for the first time ever saying "BAD_POOL_CALL" with Error code 000000c2, parameter1 00000007, parameter2 00000cd4, parameter3 142b0806, parameter4 e25fd1b0.

I got no idea what this is about, never had such a problem before. Any ideas? Is it software related or hardware?

Bad Pool Calls are caused by a bad device, or a bad device driver. Only one real way to find out, is to disconnect components one by one until it's found...or test the components/install latest drivers for them."

Is it possible that it could have been a "one off"? if you know what i mean..
