bah, MOH key already in use

Ok so I've redeemed the key i got from my play.com preorder, and entered it in the game menu, but I get "key already in use" like lots of other people.

Question is, who am I meant to contact about this, play.com or EA themselves?

Did you take the key from play and enter it in the MOH beta site to get the actual key? Or did you enter the key from play directly into the game?
