Ballistix tracer ddr2 1066 and Cpu-z query

Hi can anyone with tracer ddr2 please tell if this looks right for this memory i got 2x 1gb of it from the bay but im starting to think ive been ripped off :mad:

getting bsod if i even get near 1066mhz the box is the right one as is the silver anti static bags but cpu-z results are worrying me

any help appreciated

That looks correct.

Have you set it to 2.2v?

yups even tried at 2.3v bsod iql equal less than blah blah

set at 6400/667 settings(same as patriot i just took out) works fine no problems passes vista diagnostics set to 1066/800 bsod and fails vista memory diagnostics looks like ive bought tracer 6400 no wonder it was £50............damn ebay monkeys

It's not PC6400, and it would be able to do PC8500 speeds anyway.

Maybe give your northbridge (MCH) voltage a boost.

Will give it a try later cob just happy to have my system running longer than 10 minutes at the moment

If you've no luck then run MemTest86+ on each stick at 1066mhz 5-5-5-15.
