ballistix woe

[Ashcrapper]

looks like my 3rd set is going to be going back, absolute rubbish

My RMA replacement need an immediate RMA, one stick DOA. You'd think they'd learn their lesson and stop selling it until they fix the problem. I doubt many enthusiasts will buy their RAM for a long time to come. I certainly wont.

Absolute joke tbh.

My replacement should be arriving tomorrow, off to ebay it'll go

I'll make a loss for sure though

[Ashcrapper]

its pathetic. currently got a 512mb stick in to get by until i get a replacement which will no doubt die once again

[trojan698]

I lost about £80 on my 2gb kit

[Ashcrapper]

thankfully the place I got them have said they will replace for something else as id had so much grief with them.

they said i cant get a refund though due to me buying them a fair bit back. does anyone know where i stand regarding say if i get something for less, if im entitled to get something else to make up the difference?

[trojan698]

just pick a kit at the same price

[Ashcrapper]

thats where my problem lies...

got an A8N32 sli board and have a Zalman CNPS7700 which you can just fit the ram under. the most expensive corsair stuff doesnt fit so ill go for ocz stuff instead. which is a bit cheaper than i paid for the ballistix
