Band help?

I seen a music video on the TV earlier. The song was pretty good, but I can't remember the name of it, or the band!

The video:
The band was in their basement(I think), the lead singer had a red tshirt on(I think), and a little paper cutout of him starts dancing around at some point.

Any clues? Sorry for the lack of details.

Found it - It was Jack Penate. The video was for 'Torn on the platform'.
