Bands like Dragonforce?

Dragonforce are pretty awful live Dave
I think they're erratic. I've seen them four times and they've been poor twice, good once and excellent once.

I've seen them 8 times now. First time I saw them was when they were touring for Valley of the Damned, and they were perfect live. They've got gradually worse every time I've seen them, up until the last time, at Manchester Academy earlier this year when all you could hear was their drums and bass. I left after the 2nd song
Still going to see them in December though, although it's purely for Sylosis.

The same story for me... I absolutely loved Valley of the Damned live - but the others just went down hill

I actually really like some of Avenged Sevenfold stuff
First three are good in different ways - latest album was dire.

Taking up running and i have managed to overplay my Dragonforce albums to the point i tend to skip tracks. Can anyone recommend any bands like dragonforce? Needs to have good solos and fast tempo.
