Bandwidth Usage Monitor

Can anyone recommend a bandwidth monitoring tool that I can use to measure my usage?

I'm with UKFSN so ideally I would only like the tool to monitor usage during the peak times. I know about their usage stats on the website and various tools which read those, but I need to monitor usage on a per-pc basis.

i use Bandwidth Monitor Pro on my XP partition, works a treat

Bandwidth Monitor Pro looks good enough. How could I set it to turn off at midnight as I don't want the off-peak times added to the totals?

Perhaps with some form of scheduled task, would it be possible to turn it off in a batch script?

You can also try Freemeter
