Also WTF was up with Dan Smith, it looks like he has broken Diaby's ankle and it was one of the worst tackles I've seen. As soon as I saw the replay I feared the worse and from what I'm hearing it looks like he is out for 4 months. Was there any point going in like that in added on time when you are losing 3-0? Diaby might of had a part to play in Paris as well but I dont think he will play there. How can tackles like that only get yellow cards

There is no point.
Sunderland do it all the time , its some kind of perverted trophy for them, I wish I had of posted this earlier but I knew someone would go down hurt today.
Its the last little shred of decency they can try to cling onto , bit pathetic if you ask me.
Its the last chance for one of there no mark players to try and write their name into premier league history , it happened two years back when Thornton (who??) chipped a bone in Shearers ankle and in turn was a wearside legend.

Thats the kind of lows this lot sink to and any team that goes there should prepare themselves for this.

Rumour has it that he has a £12m buy out clause in his contract if Newcastle don't qualify for europe. Remember he left Liverpool because he wanted to challenge for medals (when liverpool were in the cl, which we all know they went on to win), so i wouldn't be suprised if he left for not being in europe at all.

We werent in Europe when he signed.

Yes but he had no choice, Liverpool weren't particuarly interested and wouldn't have matched Newcastles offer and he couldn't risk sitting on the bench at Real with the WC coming up.

I got a years working holiday visa , sold my house and finish work in June.
Aint got a mortgage , or debt , or a bird I care much about and no kids.

Perth FC are in the midsts of a take over battle , Batistuta lives there now and hes leading a consortium to buy the club.Hes promised to fill it with jazzy european players.
