Bank transfer

Hi,
I had some money sent from a mate's bank account (TSB) to my NatWest account on Wednesday evening and today its still not showing my end. My m8 (who i trust) says the moneys left his account
This transfer was conducted via online banking.
How long should a transfer take from bank to bank and when should it show my end.

3-5 working days from one bank to another. soooo it will be monday at least.

Yep, all online tranfers from different banks require the standard 3-5 days
