I depends what you want from the pump tump. If you are after ultimate performance and dont mind sacrificing mounting options then the XSPC top seems to be the better choice.
I still stand by my recomendation though in that the performance you will gain from the XSPC top will make sod all difference to temperatures.
It basicly comes down to where you intend mounting the waterpump. If its just sitting in the bottom of your case then get the XSPC. If you intend mounting in a hard disk space out of the way then the AC top would be better suited.
