No worries, I just bought things in bits as I had time. 7foot it is unless I find something on the bay before Sunday.

I dumbell chest press and deads, which is obviously very limiting.

i got a 7 foot bar for £20 and about 190kg of weight for £180ish, cant remember the exact details now. dont be put off if the olympic gear looks worn (slightly rusty), it will last for a lifetime and you can get a can or 2 of rustoleum spray paint from amazon for £6ish each.

add squats to your routine as well as barbell rows and overhead press. if you wanna know more google stronglifts 5x5. it would be the best workout for you.

I've read the Gordy Thread and will start out on some compound lifts and exercises 3 x 8 and see what happens.
